Are leading Magic Circle and US law firms in London, looking to further build out their Banking & Finance team at the 2-7 pqe level with exceptional lawyers in the following specialisations - Real Estate Finance, Leveraged Finance, Special Situations, Debt Capital Markets, Securitisation, Fintech & FSR

The Opportunities

With multiple clients and opportunities there are all sorts of opportunities from the very niche to the varied practices.
All offer the chance to join a globally significant firm, work alongside some of the leaders in their fields. Responsibilities vary but significant experience in high level transactional or regulatory B&F work is required from a leading firm

• Transaction structuring and advice.

• Drafting and reviewing of facility documents, securities and related documents.

• Liaising with clients during the course of transactions.

• Preparing formal legal opinions.

• Participating in business development and networking activities.

• Contributing to department know-how

Client base

Major US and European Investment banks, Corporate borrowers, Private Equity funds

The Successful Candidate

Will have 2-7 years PQE in one or more of the specialist B&F practice area's
Must have a keen intellect and attitude - be passionate about their work
The role suits self starters who enjoy building contacts inside and outside of the firm
Will revel in having autonomy and responsibility from a junior level.
