Exciting opportunity to join Singapore’s leading Energy practice. Our Clients Singapore office is seeking an English or Australian law qualified associate with a solid foundation in corporate agreements and relevant experience working in a leading financial centre at a top tier international firm.

This unique opportunity will be working with one of the top rated Energy Lawyers in Singapore.

Knowledge of basic oil and gas agreements would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and must be willing to travel around South East Asia; the successful candidate will also be creative, flexible and have an entrepreneurial drive and have approximately 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.

Our clients Singapore office, which has been open over 10 years, is ideally situated to represent clients in business transactions in South and Southeast Asia, including India, Indonesia and Myanmar.

They focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance (including project finance), real estate, private equity, capital markets transactions and restructurings.
