Private Equity / M&A Hong Kong, US law firm - Mandarin fluency required

Our Client is currently seeking an associate with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience to join its expanding private equity practice in Hong Kong.

Candidates should be US, UK, Aus or HK qualified, with extensive experience representing private equity funds and other sophisticated investors in a range of crossborder investment transactions, including leveraged buyouts.

Candidates must have excellent academics, top-tier law firm experience, and a commitment to developing their career in Hong Kong.

Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese is must.
