Corporate - London - US Firm

Our Client is currently seeking an associate to join our Corporate practice in London.

Candidates should have a strong range of M&A, PE and ECM experience.

Candidates must have excellent academics and experience working at a top UK or US law firm.

We would expect candidates with 4 years PQE + of post-qualification experience to have the requisite experience.

Our client is a leading international law firm, with a history spanning more than 120 years. We have over 100 lawyers in the London office with 20 partners and over 50 lawyers in our transactional team. Our ratio of associates to partners is lower than most firms allowing associates at all levels from Trainees to Of Counsel to work closely with senior partners across our practices. We differentiate ourselves from many other US firms in London by offering a broad capability including public and private M&A, Private Equity, Finance, Capital Markets, Restructuring, Real Estate, Regulatory and Disputes covering both English and US law capability. In 2017 Gibson Dunn advised on 161 transactions globally with substantial M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets deals in London across industries including betting and gaming, telecoms, financial services, retail and real estate.
