Our client is a major international law firm with over 20 offices and over 1200 lawyers around the globe

They are looking for a talented Corporate lawyer with private M&A experience to join their Japan desk in their London office.

You will work under the head of the Japan Corporate team in London working with Japanese corporates on outbound M&A transactions.

The partner has 25 years experience in the space and has a very strong practice focused on services Japanese Corporate Clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

Common law legal qualifications

2-4 years Corporate - Private M&A experience

Fluent Japanese language skills
