About the role
Our Clients Real Estate & Projects practice is experiencing rapid growth, their team is expanding, and they are looking for high performing lawyers to join them during this exciting growth phase. As a pivotal member of the team you will have the opportunity to work on market leading transactions and projects and be involved in providing strategic advice across the following areas:

  • real estate capital transactions (acquisition and disposal of commercial office buildings, industrial estates, retail centres and other real estate asset classes)

  • real estate development projects, project delivery agreements and other complex development arrangements for real estate and infrastructure projects

  • joint ventures and capital partnerships

  • transaction structuring and project delivery

  • major agreements for lease and leasing

  • project funding

  • hotels, resorts and tourism

About you
As a successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate a desire, and the capacity, to work on complex, high profile and technically challenging transactions. You should be an ambitious high performer, looking to work in a dynamic and collegiate team environment where your performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly. In addition, you will have:

  • 3-8 years post admission experience with relevant Real Estate & projects experience noted above

  • A desire to work on unique, market leading and technically challenging matters

  • Outstanding drafting and advice writing skills

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to work effectively with and support clients

  • The ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment

  • Candidates from Top, Mid and Boutique firms who have strong capital transactional property experience will be considered
