Billing role

This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of eDiscovery services.  You will work with an internal team of specialists to provide expertise and consultative advice on all phases of the EDRM model including data collections, processing, review workflows, use of analytics and production/export deliverables. 

This exciting role will see you;

  • Operating as a Lead contact working with internal teams and clients

  • Supporting the life cycle of eDiscovery projects including searching, batching, TAR Review, supporting privilege review, quality control and working with internal team to prepare documents for production

  • Assisting the team in the coordination of resources for specific components of large review projects or the overall coordination of smaller projects including supervising the work of junior staff

  • Responsible for training review teams, clients and legal teams on review best practices

  • Proactively managing your own workload, meet set KPIs and accurately record time spent on tasks

  • Forming positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

You will have demonstrated experience as a senior eDiscovery specialist and an aptitude people management and leadership skills.  You will have a well-developed analytical ability, experience leading and developing teams, high attention to detail, a logical approach to problem solving and a willingness to apply yourself to learning new technical skills.  Ideally you will have 5+ years of practical hands on project/technical experience - Relativity experience is essential.  Applicants will possess advanced computer competencies and the ability to apply their existing skills to specialised systems and applications.  

As the successful candidate for this role, you will have:

  • Experience in using eDiscovery processing and/or review platforms - experience with Relativity is essential and Nuix is highly regarded

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm or government agency

  • Demonstrated leadership capability and a desire to build your skills in this area

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications

  • Strong technical skills and relevant certifications
