Our client is a multi award winning Law Firm (Employer of Choice, Law firm of the year 2020/21, Innovative Law firm of the year, Managing Partner of the Year etc etc)

They punch well above their weight, and are usually to be found across the table on major deals from the traditional top tier law firms.

They are looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Associate level (6-10+ ) Projects lawyer to join their Renewable Energy & Storage practice.

So if you are working as part of a large Projects practice and want to keep the good quality work and pay, but to gain some autonomy and a better career trajectory this is the role for you

About you

You will have a skillset that supports the full lifecycle of Renewable Energy Projects including;

  • Property & Planning,

  • Construction & Project documentation EPC, O&M,

  • Grid Connection and Power Purchase Agreements

  • Corporate Governance

(Project Finance is a plus but is not required for this role)

You will currently be working in a top or mid tier law firm’s Projects or Construction practice, or in house with a contractor or renewable energy IPP.

You will enjoy not only the day to day of the work, but forging strong client relationships

This is a genuinely different offering from any other large firm Projects role;

  1. You will have a key role in the practice, both BAU work and its growth strategy

  2. There is no limit to where this role can go - the firm is actively looking to bring in and promote staff ambitious SA’s will be supported to a partner role over time.

  3. All members of staff have equity in the firm from day one of joining.

  4. Work under a Magic Circle and top tier trained partner, who has also worked in house so really understands the commercial drivers of their clients.

  5. You will constantly be up against the largest firms on the most complex and large value Renewable Energy deals.

  6. This is exciting big ticket Renewable Project work both locally and across the APAC region.
