Our client is a top tier law firm - their Employment Law team represents clients across both private and public sectors, acting in high profile matters on all aspects of workplace relations. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role advising on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, WHS, investigations, litigation across various Courts and Tribunals and providing specialist support on some of Australia's largest mergers and acquisitions.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 5 years PQE with demonstrated experience as a Senior Associate
Strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters, gained within a reputable commercial law firm
Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as within a team to manage a robust and diverse workload
Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff
A high degree of initiative, dedication and commitment to client service
Strong communication skills and practical problem solving skills
The desire to participate in business development initiatives, including seminars and publishing articles
A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development to meet an evolving landscape of client needs
